1. Service Description

All-Pro Dent Co. provides Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) and specialized vehicle restoration services. Our repairs are focused on restoring metal panels to their original factory condition without the use of paint or fillers.

2. Estimating & Pricing

Photo Estimates: Estimates provided via text or email based on photos are preliminary. Final pricing is determined upon a physical inspection of the vehicle.

Variable Factors: Pricing is dependent on damage size, depth, location on the vehicle, and the metal makeup (e.g., aluminum vs. steel).

Wholesale vs. Retail: Retail pricing is per-project. Wholesale pricing is reserved exclusively for dealership and fleet contracts.

3. SMS & Mobile Terms (A2P Compliance)

By providing your mobile number and submitting a request for a quote, you express consent to receive text messages from All-Pro Dent Co.

Purpose: Messages will be related to your specific repair quote, appointment scheduling, and service updates.

Opt-Out: You may opt-out of mobile communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message.

4. Vehicle Condition & Liability

While PDR is a non-invasive process, All-Pro Dent Co. is not responsible for pre-existing paint damage, cracked clear coats, or structural issues hidden beneath the surface of the dent. We will advise you if we believe a dent is not a candidate for PDR prior to starting work.

5. Payment Terms
